Nim also writes about science for a wide variety of audiences and through different media. She was a lead writer for her Rising Currents team posted on the MoMA blog and exhibit text. She also wrote all the text for Brooklyn Bridge Park's Discovery Station. 

For print publication, he's co-written for the American Fisheries Society about the I FISH NY project. More recently, in Thailand she coached and edited a research team, whose work on climate change vulnerability in Southeast Asia was published in the journal, Sustainability.
